As the sun rose over Dubai, we awoke with anticipation for another day of exploration and gastronomic delights. Day 4 promised to tantalize our taste buds with exquisite flavours and introduce us to new culinary experiences in this remarkable city.
After preparing ourselves for the day, we embarked on a brunch adventure at 12 pm. Our destination was the Arabian Tea House Café in Al Fahidi, a place renowned for its authentic Emirati cuisine. We eagerly ordered the Baid Tamat, also known as Baith Thamath, an Emirati speciality featuring scrambled eggs cooked with tomatoes. The flavours melded together perfectly, offering a delightful start to our culinary journey.

Impressed by the flavours and ambience at the Arabian Tea House Café, we decided to return for a late lunch at 2 pm. This time, we indulged in the main course - Biryani Deyay/Laham. This aromatic dish consisted of fresh chicken or meat cooked with rice and aromatic Gulf spices. It was served with a refreshing yoghurt and Chickpea Salad, a delightful combination of flavours and textures. We shared the portion among the five of us, savouring each mouthful and relishing the authenticity of the Emirati cuisine.

To digest our hearty meal, we took a leisurely stroll around the Al Fahidi area at 4 pm. The picturesque surroundings provided a perfect backdrop for a gentle walk, allowing us to unwind and appreciate the beauty of Dubai's streets.

As evening descended, we returned to the Arabian Tea House Café for dinner at 6 pm. Our taste buds danced with delight as we savoured the Ryash Barbeque, succulent grilled lamb chops served with yoghurt, Arabic salad, fresh potatoes, and Tanoor bread. The tender meat, infused with aromatic spices, melted in our mouths, leaving us craving for more. Additionally, we relished the Mince Kebab Wrap, featuring roasted minced lamb with hummus, pickled cucumber, parsley, grilled onion, and tomato, all wrapped in Arabic bread and accompanied by fresh potatoes. The flavours blended harmoniously, providing a symphony of tastes that delighted our senses.

With satisfied appetites and contented hearts, we returned to our hotel at 8 pm, allowing our bodies to rest and rejuvenate. The culinary journey of the day left an indelible mark on our taste buds, creating cherished memories of Dubai's vibrant food scene.
As the clock struck midnight, we fell into a peaceful slumber, embracing the joy and satisfaction that this remarkable city had brought us.
